These Terms of Use govern the use of the Hoomigo website and mobile application (hereinafter collectively referred to as « the Platform »). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Platform.
- Use of the Platform

b. Accuracy of Information

b. Tenants agree to respect the regulations and policies established by the owners and to take care of the accommodations. Tenants also agree to respect the laws and regulations of the country in terms of rental in order to provide all required documents.
- Payments
a. Payments for bookings are processed via the Platform according to the terms agreed between users and owners.
b. Hoomigo may charge service fees for the use of the Platform.
- Cancellations and Refunds
It is also essential to note that the cancellation and refund policy may vary depending on the terms established by the accommodation owners. Owners are solely responsible for defining the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to their accommodations. They are required to clearly communicate these terms to the tenant before requesting any payment.
Tenants must comply with the cancellation terms established by the accommodation owner at the time of booking.
Therefore, in case of any question or clarification regarding cancellation and refund policies, users are invited to refer to Hoomigo’s policy as well as the specific conditions defined by the accommodation owners.
- Protection of Personal Data
a. Hoomigo collects, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with the terms of its Privacy Policy.
- Intellectual Property
a. All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, photos, and logos, is the property of Hoomigo or its suppliers and is protected by French and foreign copyright laws.
- Modification of Terms
a. Hoomigo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The modifications will be effective upon their publication on the Platform.
