Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival time.
In case of cancellation within this timeframe, Hoomigo’s service fees will be refunded to the traveler, but transaction fees will not be refunded.
For reservations cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled arrival time, Hoomigo’s service fees will not be refunded to the traveler.
The owner may choose to apply their own strict cancellation policy, which will be clearly indicated on the booking page.
Special Conditions:
Some accommodations may have special cancellation conditions, which will be clearly indicated on the booking page.
In case of cancellation in these specific cases, the special conditions take precedence over the general cancellation policies.
Cancellation Procedure:
Cancellations must be made via the Hoomigo platform by accessing the relevant reservation.
Travelers are encouraged to review the cancellation policies before making a reservation and to contact the owner with any questions or concerns.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking.
Any refund will be made according to the payment method used for the initial reservation.
The refund will be made within 10 working days from the date of validation.
Exceptions:
In exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters or medical emergencies, Hoomigo reserves the right to apply flexible cancellation policies, taking into account the safety and well-being of travelers.
